Having took inspiration from my favourite poet, Arthur Rimbaud, I wanted to subtly comment on the climate of the world today and felt that the 1870 poem 'Le Forgeron' and context of the Vietnam War was the perfect model for social justice against unjust power. So, I wrote the script for 'Cowardice'. I then directed and did the cinematography for the production.

As the Producer my role on this production was to source the location, equipment and actors whilst filing out the necessary paperwork that comes parallel. Additionally, I assisted with cinematography and sound to help Simon create the end product that his amazing script deserved.

Using my 3 years experience in 3D modelling software Blender, I was able to create a realistic and unique 3D landscape for 'Cowardice' to help it stand out amongst other films in the genre. I then edited the film in it's entirety, alongside capturing and creating any audio necessary.
